Scaled customer onboarding 40x (4 to 160 concurrent users) through research pipeline optimization, AWS ECS/Fargate autoscaling and Django-Q task delegation, powering growth from 0 to 280 users and 1,000+ agents; earned a 4x contract extension (4 to 16 months). Architected a multi agent AI research system coordinating 4 concurrent agents (Perplexity, OpenAI, Grok) with timeout handling and cross agent aggregation. Autonomous stage lighting out of Toronto; mentors the founders (he is not a cofounder) and rebuilt their brand and website. - Tutoring: computer science, physics, functions and chemistry, through 2024. ## Projects - TrickyClip (https://trickyclip.com): a $99 Windows app that finds the tricks in ski footage on the user's own NVIDIA GPU. V-JEPA 2 video embeddings, an EfficientAT audio tagger and 200 Hz GoPro IMU become a 4 Hz feature stream; a temporal model finds each run and five event types, and RF-DETR rider tracking refines takeoffs and landings at full frame rate. FastAPI and SQLite job worker, ONNX Runtime, NVENC frame accurate smart cuts, friends sort from their phones, and personal models retrain on each user's keeps and trashes. - 2holl.is (https://2holl.is): an interactive timeline and historical archive for the artist 2hollis. A cinematic 3D intro that plays on scroll, a cylinder timeline of 605+ items with momentum scrolling, fuzzy search and community submissions through Supabase, and a full Web Audio engine (3 band EQ, reverb, delay, flanger, BPM and key detection, dual deck DJ mixing, local stem splitting). TypeScript, Three.js, GSAP, Cloudflare. - Chem Place (https://chem.place): a lab notebook in the browser. Molecules drawn from SMILES, camera capture at the bench, a reagent library and an assistant that knows the project. SvelteKit, Cloudflare D1 and R2. - hesh.ca (https://hesh.ca): a 7 ft by 24 ft backyard freestyle rail he built with his roommate over four weekends.
